Guests wishing to utilize the 健康教育 and Services Center for recreational purposes must be 18-years of age or older, associated with a current Hawkeye student, 教师, or staff member; and are required to fill out the 健康教育 and Services Center Waiver and the Guest Pass Contract.

Limit of two guest passes issued per Hawkeye student, staff, or 教师.

Approved guests will receive a daily member ID for access to the locker rooms and will be granted access to the following 健康教育 and Services Center facilities:

• Group fitness room
• 篮球场

• 更衣室

Guest passes may only be obtained for two consecutive weeks at a time.
